Libreville, 11 septembre 2021 (Dépêches241). C’est l’une des conclusions et informations phares émanant du Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature. René Aboghe Ella, ancien président du Conseil d’État a été nommé à la tête de la Cour des Comptes. Il remplace à ce poste Gilbert Ngoulakia, nommé à la tête du secrétariat permanent du Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature.
Le Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature a accouché de plusieurs décisions aussi inattendues les unes que les autres. Après le départ Gilbert Ngoulakia de la présidence de la Cour des Comptes, c’est René Aboghe Ella qui quitte la présidence du Conseil d’État.
Les deux départs actés et validés par l’exécutif sont toutefois intimement liés. En effet, c’est pour céder le fauteuil à René Aboghe Ella que Gilbert Ngoulakia a été parachuté au secrétariat permanent du Conseil supérieur de la magistrature, structure nouvellement créée en Conseil des ministres du lundi 6 septembre 2021.

René Aboghe Ella désormais président de la Cour des Comptes était avant cette fonction, le président du Conseil d’État. Un personne qui avait été porté au-devant de la scène quand il avait organisé et validé l’élection présidentielle controversée de 2016 qui avait vu, au terme d’un long processus Ali Bongo Ondimba remporter la présidentielle.
